The room was smaller than i anticipated. I felt a bit cramped. the advertised complimentary breakfast was quite limited. it only included coffee and some pastries, i expected more for the price i paid.

I liked how clean my room was. the staff was very friendly, it made for a nice welcome. the location was also ideal. It made exploring very easy.
the elevator made a slight noise sometimes.

The guest lounge had complimentary pastries and cereal. This setup allowed a quick bite before heading out. coffee was available 24/7 and provided a convenient boost whenever needed. it was a plus.

The front desk staff are very helpful and nice. They assisted with directions and offered suggestions for nearby attractions. bell-hop services are available and they make luggage handling very easy. the staff seems great.

It is near central park and times square, easy to visit those landmarks. a market nearby had food and snacks. This added convenience for quick needs. lots of restaurants is within a block.

i was happy to arrive and find the staff very friendly and accommodating. my room (king studio sofa bed) was clean and spacious. the included breakfast featured tasty pastries with all-day access to coffee and tea in the lounge. it made mornings so much better! (i really enjoyed this perk).
the street outside could be a little noisy at times.

The staff offered me an upgrade to a spacious suite upon arrival. Mel took care of moving our luggage, a thoughtful touch. I found the location very convenient, close to various attractions. Parking was hassle-free due to the valet service next door.
The room was quite small. The only window looked directly at an adjacent building, preventing me from opening it.
